Hotel a South Lyon

“Its a great room. My only issue is the bathroom floor is a little slippery but i brought a bath mat from dollar tree. I usually do as so many hotel bathrooms have a slippery floor Very nice manager. I like this place”

“I stayed here 3 months ago and it was great. Unfortunately this weekend had MANY kids tournaments of kids. So there were kids running up and down the corridors riding luggage racks, yelling. Called front desk at 9:50pm. "Well, we cant do anything til 10pm". Very disappointing. 3 nights didnt receive any turndown service. Breakfast is always good. But not a great service and 3 nights lack of sleep”

“Worst night This is the first time in my life I’ve stayed in a hotel room with such poor soundproofing. I can hear everything from the room next door—even the sound of people talking and sneezing. What’s even worse is that the people next door didn’t go to sleep until 1:00 AM. I never want to stay here again.”

“Jerry who checked us in on Monday afternoon at 3pm was excellent. The woman at the desk this morning not so much. We would stay here again. It is difficult for service oriented companies to find quality people who can take a suggestion and make it an opportunity to convey the customer’s message was heard and welcomed.”

“There are lots of places to eat in the area. Easily accessed from the freeway.”

“Staff was nice and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was decent. Only issue i have was the bottom of the pool cut my toes all to heck.”

“Had bed bugs. Left the property as soon as they were found, now they’re not cooperating with refunding my money. Absolutely ridiculous, would stay ANYWHERE else. Personally will bring my tent next time as it is much nicer”

“Even if some renovations were in progress during my stay, everything has gone fine. Never heard any noise from the renovations work. Affordable price for the room. Breakfast include.”

“Have stayed here many times, possibly looking for a new option during our next trip to Michigan. Pool was a little dirty breakfast was not as great as usual. However, we love Jackie and Heather.!”

“pulizia effettuata a giorni alterni senza nessuna informazione preventiva sia alla prenotazione che al check-in. il secondo giorno ho dovuto sollecitare al mio rientro la pulizia della camera perchè ancora non effettuata alle 2:45 PM pulizia della camera appena sufficiente e comunque incompleta e effettuata in maniera frettolosa personale alla reception non sempre presente perchè nascosto nella camera antistante a controllare il cellulare (devo specificare per correttezza che tale comportamento...

“Man at the desk at night I believe his name mark was a terrible clerk unfriendly I am eighty five years old I asked him for roll of toilet paper and he was un friendly he have an issue I will stay at 66 motel before I stay in your Hampton inn ”

“Excellent room, staff was pleasant and accommodating, good location with new sidewalks for walking a dog.”

“The parking was a little crazy with events next door Hard to get in and out of parking lot with event traffic ”
